Meet Gulnara

With over 10 years of experience selling and renting homes in New York City, Gulnara still loves to be challenged and is passionate about each and every deal that she is a part of whether it is a coop purchase, Brooklyn brownstone sale or a luxury Manhattan condo listing. Real estate has allowed Gulnara to combine her love for New York with her desire to deliver exceptional service to her local and foreign clients. Her clients have always praised her dedication, strong work ethic, confidentiality and her ability to go the extra mile to make each deal a success. Gulnara’s greatest strengths are her persistence, dedication to her clients and attention to detail. When it comes to closing the sales deal, Gulnara puts her outstanding expertise in marketing, staging and negotiations into her clients’ benefit.

And when it comes to working with her buyers, she leaves no stone unturned until she finds that perfect home... she has years of experience touring new development condos with buyers and buying off of the floorplans and renderings, which comes very handy when helping foreign buyers to secure their investment properties or guiding experienced local buyers to snatch that early opportunity.

Since joining Christine Toes Muldoon at Compass in 2017, Gulnara has sold & rented over $175M worth of real estate and helped nearly 300 families with their real estate needs.

Born in Kazakhstan, Gulnara graduated from the Academy of Languages with a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics. She is fluent in Russian, Kazakh and Uzbek. Her dream to continue her education in the US led her to New York in 2007 to study Business Administration & Accounting. Since then Gulnara has lived in Kensington, Sheepshead Bay and Midwood and successfully sold real estate across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Gulnara is an active member of the Russian speaking community of South Brooklyn and a mother of two. When she is not busy touring properties with her clients or hosting open houses, you can find Gulnara in her favorite museums in the city, or enjoying nice weather in Central Park, crossing Brooklyn Bridge or eating ice-cream or drinking latte in Brooklyn Heights Promenade with her children. Her love for NYC, that she made her new home, is still as strong as it was 15 years ago.
