I literally left Orren the keys and he took care of everything from window cleaning to staging to photo shoot to showing while providing me w updates every step of the way. Orren goes above and beyond what is expected of an agent. Rt before a severe storm forecast, he trekked in the rain to prep the apt and checked on it afterwards. One of many favors. Orren is easily accessible, quick to respond, no question is too small. His advice guides instead of pushes, allowing one to come to their own decisions/conclusion. Orren’s assistant, Nawang is a lovely character too. Within days of his proposed changes, we had a signed contract and sale. He was also a strong negotiator. While we did not get our first sale price, he handled a tough seller's market brilliantly and stayed the course to get us the best price possible. He also worked his tail off. He put in hours on the phone, hours showing the property, and hours with the lawyers. He did not disappear or back away when it seemed things were going to take time or when potential buyers got unreasonable. He showed grace under pressure and always came through. I also can't say enough about his responsiveness. I got my calls returned within the hour at virtually any time of day or night and he always had good ideas of how to move forward or reassuring words for a stressful moment.
