Among his accomplishments, he is known as a townhouse specialist as he has sold well over 50+ townhouses throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.
 
Orren’s extensive experience has encompassed all facets of real estate, from selling small starter apartments to luxury penthouses, lofts, townhouses, and multi-residential buildings to a 57-unit new development. Born and raised on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Orren learned his entrepreneurial business skills from his restaurateur parents who owned the popular, Cupping Room cafe in Soho. Complimenting his real estate sales track record, he has bought, renovated, and flipped properties as an investor.
